All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment processor, ensuring the highest level of security and fraud protection for your transactions.

How Payments Work

Our payment system is designed to protect clients by ensuring funds are released only after work has been completed to your satisfaction and verified by our team.

Milestone-Based Structure

Projects are divided into 4-5 distinct payment phases, each tied to specific project milestones.

Client Approval Required

Payment is released only after you review and approve the completed work for each milestone.

Quality Verification

Our team conducts quality checks before requesting your approval for payment release.

Secure Processing

All transactions are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption and security.

Milestone Payment Breakdown

Standard payment structure (may vary based on project complexity):

Phase 1: Project Initiation (20%)

Site preparation, permits, initial materials, contractor mobilization

Phase 2: Foundation & Structure (25%)

Foundation work, structural elements, framing completion

Phase 3: Major Systems (25%)

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC installation and inspection

Phase 4: Finishing Work (20%)

Interior finishing, painting, flooring, fixtures installation

Phase 5: Final Completion (10%)

Final inspection, punch list completion, project handover

Background & Credit Check Policy

All contractors undergo comprehensive verification before being assigned to your project:

  • License and certification verification
  • Insurance coverage confirmation
  • Credit history review
  • Criminal background screening

Late Payment Policy

Payment schedules are established in the project agreement. While we understand delays may occur, please note:

  • • Payments are due within 5 business days of milestone approval
  • • Late payments may delay subsequent project phases
  • • Communication about payment delays should be made promptly
  • • We work with clients to resolve payment issues before they impact the project

All payment information is encrypted and securely processed. AMG does not store your complete payment card details.
